As my client, you will receive one-on-one sessions including: comprehensive evaluations, manual (hands on) therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic modalities and education on how to improve your condition, wellness and fitness. My pelvic floor work addresses an overactive pelvic floor, which can cause conditions involving pain constipation/retention, or under-active pelvic floor, which can cause incontinence or prolapse. I also work with visceral and abdominal conditions including DRA, post-partum.
I specialize in women’s health, such as the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. I also treat men, pre and post-prostatectomy. I can treat spinal or hip dysfunction and limit my orthopedic practice to that, as it relates to prenatal, post-partum or pelvic floor issues. I was board certified as a clinical Specialist in women’s health in 2012 and in orthopedics and 2004 and 2014., I am also certified in pelvic health, cold laser therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

I have been in practice for over 30 years. I treat adults with orthopedic, sports or women’s health related issues. I received my BSPT from Boston University in 1985. I am a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Through this Association, I became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics in 2004 and 2014 and Board Certified Women’s Health Physical Therapist in 2012, as well as receiving a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy in 2008. I also integrate bodymind awareness training and pain science for treatment of chronic pain conditions.
