Sandy Willoughby, Physical Therapist, CSCS, CAPP-OBSandy has been with NMSMC since 2006. She finished her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 1992 and has been in outpatient orthopedics since that time. Sandy became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2002. As a mother of two, Sandy has a special interest in helping women during their childbearing years by treating pregnancy and postpartum therapy clients. She developed The Sport Of Mothering in 2007 which offers prenatal and postpartum exercise classes and public speaking at childbirth education classes. Sandy completed her Certificate in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy in 2013 through the American Physical Therapy Association, Women's Health Section. She is currently living in the Brutus area with her family enjoying small farming, camping, hiking, and snowshoeing.
