Christine has been a part of the LifeCircle team since 2002 and has worked in the maternal infant health field for over 18 years. She started in this field as a Labor and Postpartum Doula and has attended over 300 births in her career. Educating families in the childbearing year is more than a career choice for Christine, it is a passion. You only need to speak with Christine for a few moments to realize she is passionate about the maternal infant healthcare field. Christine is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, as well as a CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) Certified Lactation Educator, and Certified Childbirth Educator. Christine’s favorite saying is, “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care,” and care she does. She is by far her patient’s greatest advocate!!! In addition to working for LifeCircle as a patient advocate, childbirth educator, and lactation consultant, Christine is also on faculty with CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), training healthcare professionals to become certified lactation educators (CLE) in the United States and Europe. Christine has been joyfully married to Alan since 2002. They enjoy traveling together, especially on beach vacations and playing with their cat. They also volunteer together in a ministry to help others enhance their marriage and family life!

When I sought out Christine’s help I was desperate and on the verge of discontinuing breastfeeding due to how defeated I felt. We were having latching issues which caused supply issues which led to a very unhappy and hungry baby. When I walked into the office I was greeted by a warm welcoming and very comforting personality. Not only was she able to get my son properly latched the FIRST try, she provided me with multiple educational resources and was overflowing with encouragement and reassurance. I saw her weekly just for my own reassurance. My son began gaining weight and improving overall. Not only did she help with feeding but she aided in releasing and preventing gas in my child. Christine is an amazing lady to know and to have by my side along my breastfeeding journey.
I was discharged from the hospital without proper education/teaching on how to breastfeed my child.
