Bio

Deby, board certified since 1997, has offered consultation services in both San Angelo and Austin. She served as the lactation consultant at Shannon Women’s & Children’s Center in San Angelo where she also trained hospital staff in breastfeeding guidelines and instructed breastfeeding classes. In addition, Deby has served as a trainer for the Breastfeeding Promotion Project for TDSHS. Deby has over 25 years experience in assisting breastfeeding mothers and has four adult children all of whom were breastfed. She and her husband enjoy concerts and traveling. Deby is available at the counter in Special Addition to answer brief questions regarding breastfeeding, pumping, and galactogogues, but she wears many hats at Special Addition often representing us at events and keeping Special Addition organized, fully stocked, and a pleasant, inviting place for moms to shop and visit!
