Grown By Mom provides prenatal nutrition and breastfeeding consulting services. Owned and operated by Tiffany Spana RDN, IBCLC, a Registered Dietitian and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has been a dietitian for more than a decade and has been working with breastfeeding clients for almost as many years. In 2012 she became a Certificated Lactation Educator Counselor and continued on through the University of San Diego Extension program to become an IBCLC in 2013. Aside from her experience as a mother of 3 who successfully and exclusively nursed all of her children beyond a year, she is passionate about helping others thrive throughout pregnancy and continue to grow their babies, achieve their breastfeeding goals .
