Apart from founding Cradle Me Lactation, I have more than 10 years of experience as a registered nurse on the maternal/newborn unit in a hospital setting. I achieved my RNC-MNN in 2010.

A few years into my nursing career, I discovered I had an overwhelming desire to help mothers find success when they struggled with breastfeeding. Although I helped many families overcome issues presented in the first few days of their newborns’ lives, I often wondered how things would go when they got home.



After I had my son in 2015, nursing him and having our own struggles with breastfeeding motivated me to get my Lactation Consultant Certification. I successfully nursed him for two years and received my IBCLC certification in 2017 – two of my biggest achievements.



My family and I live in Northern New Jersey. I have known my husband, Jason, for 10 years; I have been happily married to him for 7 years. My son, Elijah, is 3 – extremely intelligent, mischievous, loving, silly, energetic, and my whole heart and soul. His older canine sister, Maya, is a 9 year-old Boxer. She is sweet with the heart of a child and spends most days probably hoping Elijah won’t come bother her when she rests.


One of the most challenging adjustments to parenthood is breastfeeding a nursling (or multiple nurslings). Breastfeeding should be natural, but let’s face it; it can be hard! With so many nursing difficulties, it is important to have continual lactation support to make this special act of love a positive experience!
