As a doula and childbirth educator, I am here to help you navigate all the information about childbirth and pregnancy and help figure out what works best for your family. My responsibility is to help you facilitate your birth experience and empower you during your birth, pregnancy, and postpartum period. Those beginning days, weeks, and months can be filled with uncertainty and questions. As a postpartum doula I can help assure you of normal newborn behavior as well as help find the right professionals if needed. I will be there to help with household duties so you and your partner can do what you are meant to: bond with your new baby and rest.
