Pregnancy, birth and motherhood awakened a deep passion and value within me. These are some of life`s most precious, most impressionable, and most important rites of passage. I was called to this work through my own extremely satisifying and empowering pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience. I believe that my positive experience was because of the support that I received during this sacred time, and after which I could not have imagined doing anything else. I was raised in New Jersey and have been living in Astoria for over 10 years with my husband and our two children. I studied design and merchandising at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I love art and fashion and consider myself a Jane-of-all-trades when it comes to creative projects. I am a certified holistic birth and postpartum doula under the Matrona Foundation. I am a certified breastfeeding counselor under Mami Mia.
