I am a DONA-trained labor doula, and I am currently training with Childbirth International to become a certified breastfeeding counselor and a trauma-informed birth professional. I have experience with surrogate pregnancies, single moms, c-sections, VBACs, sexual abuse survivors, rural families, families from other countries, clients on bed rest, families conceiving with ART and IVF, high risk, out-of-hospital births (including both home births and birth center births), induced and high-medical-technology labor and birth, waterbirth, women and families of color, postpartum mood disorders, and breastfeeding difficulties. I speak some Spanish and some American Sign Language.
