Bio

Lauren has been a doula since 2016. Lauren’s love for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period began during her first pregnancy in 2011 and has continued to grow ever since. Through her personal experiences of induction, caesarean birth, vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC), loss, and a healing home birth, God has grown her heart to love and serve couples during the life-changing transition to parenthood. She is a certified birth doula through DONA International and is a certified childbirth educator (CCE) through ACBE.

Lauren and her husband Matt live in Franklin, TN with their three children Nora (7), Millie (5), and Ezra (1). She enjoys homeschooling and baking with her daughters, roaming the Franklin Farmer’s Market, trying new restaurants, and quality time with friends over coffee.

Lauren services Davidson and Williamson Counties and provides virtual doula support.
