Bio

I am a MSW and have worked with families for over 15 years. Giving birth to my daughter in 2011 led me to my current work in birth and parenting. I am a mother of two, a doula, a childbirth educator, and a breastfeeding support counselor. I also work for a local nonprofit, providing services to strengthen families. I am passionate about what I do and feel honored to do this important work. I have worked as a doula since 2013 (with a year off after my son was born) and have proudly attended nearly 100 births. I have also had the pleasure of helping over 200 expectant parents prepare for birth through my classes and workshops. I strive to give families the tools needed to have positive experiences in pregnancy, birth and parenthood. I provide guidance and support to the families I work with so they find their full bloom.
