Bio

Becoming a full-spectrum doula happened organically for me, and over the years I have learned how much impact can be made just by showing up for your community. I believe in breaking down barriers to healing and wellness, so I meet people where they are with empathy, respect, and a trauma-informed lens. In addition to doing doula work, I also teach childbirth education, host workshops for support professionals, and facilitate peer support groups. When I'm not working I'm at home in my garden with my dogs and my partner, cooking, herb crafting, reading, meditating, or volunteering on RAINN's online hotline as crisis support.
