I'm a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula. I believe in many things: chamomile tea, meditation, the power of a vision board, but most importantly, WOMEN and their inner strength. I also believe all women and families should have access to maternal support, whether this be physical, emotional, or educational support, before, during, and after childbirth. My mission is to help you have the safe, memorable, and empowering birth experience you wish and deserve.
