I am a DONA-certified birth doula and a trained postpartum doula. I was raised just outside of Chicago and lived in London and New York City before landing in Minneapolis, where I live with my husband and three children. Apart from being a doula and a mom, some other things I enjoy are travel, hiking, yoga, art, books, and cooking/eating good food.
