I love educating families on everything from pregnancy and birth to infant care. When I became pregnant myself, I studied very deeply everything I could get my hands on relating to the topic of birth. I soon discovered that birth can actually be an enjoyable experience, one of the best times of your life. It does not need to be the nightmare that so many have grown up believing is inevitable when it comes to delivering a baby. I made sure to put what I had learned into play when I gave birth and had an amazing birth. I hope to spread the knowledge and give women the amazing and positive birth experience they deserve. I am always with my toddler and husband; we love being outside in nature. We go mountain climbing and trail hiking, travel the world, and skydive. We also love adrenaline sports like white water rafting and glacier hiking.
