My personal birth journey began in January 2017 when I found out I was pregnant. From that moment my life changed as I was surrounded by midwives, doulas, and childbirth educators. After having a doula attend my birth, I knew that I needed to follow my instincts and support other women during their labor. During my postpartum period, I missed the connections I had made with other women during pregnancy. My heart began telling me that no woman should be alone during this trying time. As a doula, I assist in guiding and empowering women through their birth journeys by walking with them during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am a supporter of autonomous birth and the empowerment of all women's birthing wishes.
