Bio

I believe in the healing power of presence and nurturing touch. Over the last 10 years I've cultivated an integrative, trauma-informed bodywork practice that focuses on treating the whole person: body, mind and spirit. I'm skilled in a comprehensive range of holistic treatments to support whole health and vitality. I specialize in digestive health, fertility, prenatal and postpartum support, menstrual, reproductive, menopausal, and pelvic floor health. I've attended births as a doula throughout MA and RI for several years and bring many resources for pregnant people into prenatal treatments and consultations. I'm a mixed-media artist, mother, lifelong student of herbal medicine, and member of the LGBTQ community. When I'm not in the treatment room I enjoy gardening, hiking, cooking nourishing meals, and going on adventures with my little. I have a deep love for wild spaces in nature and am happiest with my feet in the dirt.
