Bio

I am a married mother of three. For the past 12 years, I have worked in the mental health field, which holds a very special place in my heart. I have an innate drive to help others and have dedicated my life to doing so. In 2015, I wanted to expand the capacities in which I support others and answered a call to action that I had been brushing away for years. Shortly after, I completed my birth doula training and have never felt so at home with a passion than this. It is a great honor to be invited into the most intimate of spaces to offer consistent support to all families. It is my greatest joy to share my skill set with others by supporting them through their journey of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond!
