When I became a mom five years ago, I struggled to navigate the choices I had made about my birth, especially in the midst of labor. I believed that all women have the right to make their own decisions about their care, but I felt lost and unsure advocating for myself. Since then, I have become increasingly passionate about helping support women as they take charge of their pregnancy, labor, and birth.
