Bio

Ever since I locked eyes on my newborn daughter seconds after delivery, I have been enamored with birth. My passion continued as I later greeted a son and another daughter. For my births, I was fortunate to have been surrounded by a team of people that helped to encourage and empower me along the way. My experiences allowed me to see how a knowledgeable and supportive team can positively influence a birth in powerful ways, and "gave birth" to my pursuit of my certification as a labor doula and childbirth educator.
