Center for Midwifery 4 Stars

I had my first child here and saw a rotation of midwives through the Center for Midwifery. They were supportive of my wishes to have an unmedicated, natural labor & birth. I especially enjoyed working with Jessica Anderson – she was warm, kind, thorough, respectful, and supportive. They were attentive but also gave me my space, allowing me to labor as I wished – free movement, eating/drinking, getting in the water. They were supportive of my birth doula and offered me various natural coping options to help with pain management. It was a wonderful experience!

Great experience all around 5 Stars

Went through several obs and midwives closing or not accepting vbacs but the Center for Midwifery at Anschutz actually accepted me AND made me feel comfortable enough to choose them. It was more about what I wanted than what they did, which is exactly what I needed and was looking for. Had great appointments where I met almost every single Dr.(started seeing them at 30 weeks) and a great delivery experience. Very supportive nurses and Drs(2 different ones during labor) and after care was great too. Allowed me to make decisions with guidance and were open to whatever I needed during labor along with my doula and partner.
