I have over 14 years of practice as a Clinical Registered Dietitian including outpatient diet counseling. I have cared for infants, children, teens, adults and the elderly. I have experience with weight management for overweight, obesity and malnutrition and type I and II diabetes, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, celiac disease and gluten intollerance, and chronic kidney disease.

Special experience

I had a rotation as part of my schooling at W.I.C. in Spokane, Washington.

Lived experiences

I have prediabetes and possibly PCOS.

Additional Information

Although I do not specialize in prenatal nutrition, I do have the ability to treat nourishing pregnancy, supporting postpartum and lactation, and PCOS.
