Jaclyn Gaylis Kirschen, MS, RD is a Private Practice Registered Dietitian who specializes in Prenatal & Pregnancy, Diabetes, Cardiac, Gut Health, and Bariatrics & Weight Management. Jackie became interested in nutrition after being diagnosed with several nutrition-related health conditions of her own and persevered through a 65-pound weight loss journey. In her programs and private coaching, she strives to provide clients with the tools needed to help them reach their specific health goals. Every appointment is tailored to meet your unique nutritional needs and lifestyle, whether it be for those who want to lose weight or simply achieve an optimal state of health. She is currently taking new clients and offers multiple packages for individual nutrition counseling (in person or virtual), meal plans, grocery tours, pantry makeovers, workshops, and corporate wellness programs.

As a Registered Dietitian who has been through my own 65-pound weight loss journey, I am passionate about helping individuals create a sustainable healthy lifestyle as they reach their specific health-related goals. I believe in eating delicious food without sacrificing your health. My personal wellness journey inspired me to help others find their own “aha” moments. Nutrition can seem like an overwhelming and confusing concept. I will work with you and empower you to become the expert of your own health! Few things bring me more joy than to see my clients reach their goals through the work we do together. I feel incredibly fortunate to do what I do on a daily basis and will continue to spread my passion and knowledge.
