Joy is a full time personal trainer and loves working with women during all stages of motherhood and is passionate about creating strength and confidence in her clients. As a mother of two, Joy has first hand experience with training through pregnancy and postpartum. She truly believes that strength is incredibly beneficial and loves watching her clients progresses on their strength and fitness journeys.
I have worked with mainly women since 2014 - I come from a rock climbing background and created multiple strength training courses and workshops that focused solely on female climbers. As a full-time trainer, I work with women during all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. I have also partnered with Athleta in Durham, NC to offer Core Training workshops for women of all ages.
