Post Natal Recovery is my passion but don't confuse that for easy! I will never push you further than you should go but I want you to get a full body workout that is effective, completely customized, and most importantly fun! You are welcome to have baby with you and we can incorporate him/her in to the workout as well!

I have been passionate about fitness for my entire adult life but became focused on pre and post-natal fitness during and after my pregnancies – a single and twin pregnancy. When it came time to begin exercising again after having babies I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of post natal focus, rebuilding my foundational strength and posture needed to safely and effectively start an exercise routine again, not to mention and normal activity with an without baby in tow!

I followed this passion becoming a Post Natal Exercise Specialist (Core Exercise Solutions) in addition to a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and am certified to teach Booty Barre and Bbarreless (no barre required!) Barre classes. Clients can expect individualized attention with a focus on proper posture, form and core stabilization to maximize movements to keep you active, safe and happy during and after pregnancy!

I believe everyone should understand the "why" and be able to take what I teach them to any class or trainer they see in the future. You need to make the most of every moment of exercise as a busy mom!
