Bio

Jennifer is a Certified HypnoDoula and Childbirth Preparation Instructor. She started her path as a birth professional and doula in 2012 following the birth of her second daughter. Since then, she has trained with many well known doula certification agencies such as DONA and ProDoula. As a certified HypnoDoula, she knows the ins and outs of birth and how to navigate them in a calming way.

Jennifer loves to learn and to help educate others. She constantly is going to and looking for new trainings. She feels that “the more you know, the better choices you can make for you and your family!”

At home, Jennifer is a mother to three beautiful and sassy girls and a wife to a infantry veteran (now business owner). She finds peace from the world working and tending to her tiny homestead of chickens and vegetable garden, and going out in nature.
