We exist to mother the mother.
Not long after our founder, Chelsea, had her first child. Her son is her life’s greatest joy—but the journey was hard. The demands of modern motherhood are greater than ever, but women aren’t being adequately supported as they embark on this emotional and physical transformation. Chelsea started Motherfigure to be that trusted guide for the journey, and also to ensure that women don’t have to sacrifice form or function to meet their needs.
Before founding Motherfigure, Chelsea led marketing at fintech startup Plaid, worked in features at Vogue, and did a (brief) stint in investment banking. She graduated from Duke and lives in Chicago with her husband, son, and dog.
