Bio

I am blessed with a loving, supportive husband, three talented adult sons, and a charming daughter-in-law. Our sweet golden retriever mix, Ginger, keeps us all grounded. Life is good! Family is the most important thing in my life and the reason why I am so passionate about my role as a birth and postpartum doula. It is an incredible honor and joy to provide nurturing support to women, partners, and families during this unforgettable time of transformation and growth. In addition to my doula services, I love spending time outdoors, gardening, doing yoga, sewing, gathering with family and friends, and discovering new places right around the corner as well as around the world.
