Due to her personal health transformation through chiropractic care, Dr. Andrea could not be more passionate about this healing profession and sharing this truth with everyone she can reach. Under chiropractic care, she experienced complete resolution of severe constipation that had lasted eight months as well as a lifetime of asthma and allergies. Not only did chiropractic care change her physical health, but it also gave her the clarity and courage to leave her sales career and become a chiropractor, so that she could share this incredible gift with others as it had been shared with her. Having experienced similar stresses to what many Americans are feeling in their careers, with their health, and with life in general, Dr. Andrea has a special ability to relate to the people she serves, providing hope and shining a light on a future that they may not be able to see for themselves, just as it was done for her.
Dr. Andrea has invested a significant amount of time learning various chiropractic adjusting approaches and techniques. She primarily utilizes the Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI) approach in her adjusting while incorporating MLS, craniosacral, extremity adjusting, Neuro-Emotional Technique, TRT, toggle, Thompson, SOT, MC2, and Logan. She is also certified in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association's (ICPA) Webster technique, which may contribute to a safer, easier birth outcome for pregnant women. Together with her husband, Dr. Ryan Schrock, she owns Life Alive Chiropractic in Louisville, CO, where their mission is in their name: to live a life fully alive.
Dr. Andrea's passions include hiking (and virtually anything outdoors), cooking and sharing meals with friends and family, Sunday worship, traveling, Pilates, and triathlon. She studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain for a year in college and speaks fluent Spanish, which she is thrilled to utilize in her practice to serve the local Hispanic community.
I love working with pregnant mamas! This is a significant focus for me. And, I also work with many additional populations - my personal experience with chiropractic care was while stressed out in the corporate world, so I also have an immense passion for working with people on emotional stress as this has very detrimental effects on the body.
I was in corporate America for nearly a decade and can relate to the stresses of working women/people.
