Dr. Sara was raised on a farm in North Dakota. She realized the need for chiropractic after watching her grandparents search for their health from medical authorities as they were passed along from one specialist to another for answers they were never given, rather than realizing the potential they held right within the power of their own bodies. I was excited to learn the art and science of the chiropractic adjustment unleashing health from within

She is married to Jonathon Borchardt who was born and raised in the area Marathon, Edgar, and Athens area. They have three children Bennett, Ellie, and Mia. Their children have brought a whole new meaning to Dr. Sara’s life. She is inspired to use her experience as a mother and her knowledge as a chiropractor to help other families thrive in their health through the use of regular chiropractic care.

She has been in the Marathon County area since 2011. After finishing her chiropractic education with the mentoring of other locally respected chiropractors, she opened a clinic in Winona, MN for three years helping families bring health back into their life when they had lost hope with other routes of health care. She is excited to bring her experience back to Wisconsin to help the people she and her family love the most.
