Every woman deserves to have a doula. Someone to advocate on their behalf. To provide support during the stages of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and breastfeeding. I believe in empowering mothers and families your voice matters in the care you receive.

My interest in becoming a doula was based on my experience with my first child. I had the support of my partner and family. But when unexpected events began to unfold during my labor having a doula to provide emotional support, coaching to help my voice be heard would have encouraged me to align with my primal natural birth instinct to thrive, that my body is perfectly designed to birth my baby.

I believe in supporting women through spiritual prenatal reflection coaching and education. The process of creating loving, connected feelings between mother and baby. While, providing unbiased, evidence-based information to help you make the best decision for you and your baby.
