Bio

I am a doula, childbirth educator, birth assistant, wife, and mother to five amazing children, whom I couldn't possibly love any more. I have a dog named Molly. Cooking over an open fire and camping are my absolute favorite things to do when time allows. Family and happiness are the most important things to me. With all five of my birth stories being completely different, I honestly feel as though I have almost gone through it all. I love bonding with other women through birth stories. I want you to have the opportunity to birth the way you want and I want to help empower you and give you the courage to do so, regardless of where you choose to labor. As your doula, I will give you my undivided attention. My sole purpose is to comfort and support you. I will provide my assistance post-delivery as well. If you plan to breastfeed I can help by showing you proper techniques and help you get skin-to-skin contact right away.
