Bio

I have been a Birth Boot Camp–certified birth doula since 2016. My passion for all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum began during my own journey into motherhood. The more I prepared for my birth, the bigger my passion grew. Like most stories in life, my son's birth didn't go exactly as I had planned. It did, however, completely transform the way I saw myself. I now find great joy in walking with other families through their own transformation stories as they grow their families. I have a deep love for Jesus, my husband and two children, family, and our community of friends. In my free time, I enjoy learning about anything health and wellness related (specifically women's health, nutrition, and exercise), reading nonfiction books, listening to podcasts, spending time in coffee shops or by a body of water, and chasing our little guy around in our front yard.
