Bio

I am a northern Colorado birth doula passionate about ensuring that all families feel respected and supported to have the birth experience that they want. I live in Johnstown, CO with my boyfriend and our two cats. I love being outdoors and you can often find me outside reading. When I first learned what a doula is I immediately fell in love and in birth work I have found my calling. My passion really lies in helping families feel empowered, confident and in charge of their birth experiences. I have done my birth doula training through DONA International and am in the process of earning my certification. I believe that birth is such a beautiful and natural process and I feel extremely privileged to be a part of such an intimate and life changing moment!
