I'm from Moore, OK, have three beautiful children, and am married to my high school sweetheart. I am OBSESSED with all things pregnancy and birth, and that obsession brought me to my doula career. I have a strong desire to help women realize that the ability to have a positive, empowering birth experience is possible and that they already have the power within them to do it! I help birthing families come to their birth armed with evidence-based information, confidence, and preparation. You can do this, and I'm here to help you when you think you can't.
