I am a doula, a wife, and a mom to four lovely kiddos. I am here to make your pregnancy and birth as stress-free as possible. The key to having a calm and stress-free birth is knowing you will have uninterrupted support before, during, and after your labor. Although my view and understanding of birth has changed over the years, it has always captivated me. It wasn't until I got pregnant myself that I became exposed to a whole other world of birth choices. It was at this time that I experienced a significant shift in my thinking, realizing that birth is not a thing to fear and full of pain. I came to understand that birth can be a beautiful and transformative event. In the not too distant past, communities were part of a village where people supported and encouraged one another through life's major transitions. Doulas are on a mission to bring back these beautiful communal villages, one woman at the side of another, supporting and encouraging her through one of the most vulnerable and challenging experiences of her life.
