Bio

Since 2011, Colleen, co-owner of Indianapolis Doulas, has brought her passion for supporting families to doula work and has a special interest in breastfeeding, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and cesarean birth. Colleen is a ProDoula CD Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Postpartum Placenta Specialist, Labor, PDCCE, and Infant Feeding Specialist, and works in the agency as a postpartum doula, birth doula, childbirth educator, and infant feeding specialist. Colleen grew up in Fort Wayne, IN, and lives in Brownsburg with her husband, two sons, two cats, and a dog. In her down time, she loves reading, drinking Starbucks breve lattes, hiking with her family, and catching up on episodes of Parks and Rec. Her family is the most important thing in her life.
