Bio

Originally Dianne's education and career path was in nutrition, but her passion for birth was sparked when she assisted during her sister's birth. Dianne began volunteering at a pregnancy crisis center and then trained with Jennie Joseph at the Commonsense Childbirth School of Midwifery. Dianne has completed multiple trainings through CCSM including their doula, childbirth education, and lactation counselor programs and has worked as a doula for more than 30 years. Each birth she attends brings her great joy and the satisfaction of helping a mother and her family enjoy the experience throughout the entire process. Dianne has been married to her loving husband, Bob, for 33 years. They have three children, all of whom were born naturally and breastfed.
