Bio

Elizabeth discovered her vocation for childbirth education and support over 18 years ago with the birth of her first child. She and her husband prepared for childbirth by taking a Bradley Method Childbirth Education class and not only felt well prepared for the challenges of labor but for the challenges of becoming new parents. She was a surface warfare officer in the navy at the time but left active duty after the birth of her son. She understands the lasting impact birth has on women and families and how important it is to nurture this time in their lives.
