Bio

I've been a DONA-certified birth doula since 2013, having attended over 100 births and assisting more than 40 families during the postpartum months. I am also in the final stages of my DONA postpartum certification. Eight years prior to becoming a doula, I worked in healthcare and various nursing applications, eventually honing in on my passion in supporting expecting and birthing families. When I'm not attending births or assisting new families, I can be found doing life with my two daughters, two dogs, and husband. I love learning about herbs and plants, experimenting in the kitchen, and enjoying an afternoon of live music.
