Bio

I'm a birth and postpartum doula, a childbirth educator, a trained yoga instructor, as well as a wife and a mama to a little boy named Callum. I've been interested in the history of birthwork for a long time, but felt especially drawn to it after observing my own incredible midwife and doula during the birth of my son. I felt called to nourish the minds and support the bodies of birthing people in the same way that my team supported me. I support ALL birthing people and their families, and am LGBTQ and size friendly. Beyond birthwork and babies, I love spending time with my family, getting lost in the abundant nature of this part of California, deepening my yoga practice, and learning how to surf.
