Bio

I am a BEST-certified doula, postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and certified in placenta encapsulation. My passion for birth started when I became pregnant with my daughter, Kaia. I had a complicated pregnancy and my birth did not go the way I intended it to. I was not informed, not empowered to advocate for myself, and had no guidance from my providers. I did not have the support I so greatly needed, and I did not realize I had options until it was too late. This experience sparked my passion. I knew I wanted to empower and support other women throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey.
