Kristy Lynch is a fully trained and certified birth and postpartum professional who is passionate about providing a safe and comfortable experience for her clients. She is accepting new clients who seek and value a personalized childbirth experience.

This mom of four is dedicated to creating a positive pregnancy and birth experience for the families she works with. Kristy's three personal birth experiences have all been vastly different and have influenced her perception that every birth and birthing person is truly unique. She thrives on the unpredictability and uniqueness that makes birth and postpartum so remarkable. She looks to her 7-year-old, her 5-year-old and 2-year-old twins for daily inspiration in her life and work.

Ms. Lynch believes that her role is to provide her clients with a safe and fully informed birth experience that lets them start their child's life feeling confident and capable. Her training and experience have given her the skills, knowledge, and experience that enable her to support a multitude of labors and births. Kristy's career as a doula began because she was considered such a valuable resource form the mothers-to-be in her personal life. Kristy believes in the value of continuing education and is consistently expanding her knowledge on pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding.
