Bio

Lauren is a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula. This Southern California native believes in moms. She loves and honors children. Lauren believes women hold the keys to the castle, and that we can, in fact, impact lives. Lauren's mission is to empower women to know that they are capable of birthing and to recognize at the core that this is what our bodies are made for. She wants to empower them to make their own decisions about birth and to know and honor that they're in charge of their own care. She wants to champion them and support them through all stages of parenthood. She want them to know the importance of their roles as mothers, as women who give life.
