Bio

I am a birth and postpartum doula as well as a nutritional consultant. My goal is to provide you with the best support and resources I can during your pregnancy and birth. I believe that all individuals deserve the opportunity to have a judgment-free pregnancy and childbirth experience. I am here to listen deeply, coach, and support you and your family. You are your own expert and you carry your own inner wisdom. With this philosophy in mind, I serve as a continuous support and resource for you during your childbearing and birth experience. I received my doula training through Natural Resources in San Francisco. I bring to my practice a master's degree in health education from John F. Kennedy University with a specialization in holistic nutrition and maternal health. I am forever grateful to have found a profession that blends all of my passions of empowered childbirth, nutrition, coaching, and education.
