Bio

My goal is to help birthing people and their families discover how they are meant to give birth by providing physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the birthing process. I aim to empower birthing people and their partners in this sacred time of transition and ensure they are well cared for in the postpartum period. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. I also have a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. I am a trained birth doula through DONA International and am currently working toward my certification with DONA International. I have Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification with the American Heart Association.
