I believe birth can be both powerful and pleasurable. As a women's health coach, full-spectrum doula, and massage therapist, I guide women and their partners through holistic planning and preparation from fertility through postpartum, with a special focus on self-care, intimacy, finances, and household management. I offer specialized support for those trying to conceive with PCOS, first-time moms over 35, and birthing in bigger bodies.
