Bio

I am married to a wonderful husband, and I have two beautiful daughters. Through my Colombian husband, I have learned Spanish and am willing to help you if you speak that mother tongue. With the birth of my first child, there grew a desire to want to learn more about birth and birth care. After the birth of my second child, I took a class to become certified to be a DONA International birth doula. My passion is to encourage women and provide help during this monumental time in their lives. Ultimately my goal is to become a midwife. We are currently training to move to the Amazon of Colombia, and I would love to eventually serve the indigenous groups there through the training I have learned.
