Bio

I am a mother of three wonderful children. I found the passion to become a birth doula right after the birth of my second child. My husband and I empowered ourselves, and I wanted to give that back to clients in their own births. We were so fortunate to have a wonderful doula by our side with our third child. I have participated in more than 17 births and have worked side by side with Midwest Doulas as a part of their empowering team. I will offer you emotional and physical support and help you find your voice throughout the birth process. Rubbing your back to offering reassurance, I will help guide you through your labor of love. I support whatever birthing experience you choose—hospital, birthing center, water birth, VBAC, med/nonmedicated—judgment free!
