Bio

I am a LIDA-certified birth and postpartum doula. I am also an APPA-certified placenta specialist, facilitate New Mother Blessings, and am a Reiki practitioner. I feel absolutely blessed to have found this path in life. The time spent with mamas, partners, and families is priceless and I am grateful for every moment! The more exposed I become to the birth world, the more I realize the value and importance of having a supportive team. Every woman deserves a doula.
